Why do we get levels boosted to 20 yet not get weapon levels boosted to C?

Apparently people think you should be rewarded for playing the game longer.

Most people in the trial runs rarely used any C-rank and B-rank weapons at those prices.

No, sorry.

Only rentals characters get their weapons to C lvl, obviously rental characters has 5/30 stats instead of the 6/40 of the normal ones.

In the promoted tournament, rentals get A-rank to their primary, and C-rank to any secondaries. Still 5/30.

Umm, what happens if someone isn't there for a certain amount of time? Automatic win for the other person if they showed up? Or, do they just have to wait?

What's with the seeding for the Bracket in the first tourney? It seems like a lot of the higher leveled players got stacked into the top half of the bracket.

It looks as though the first seed was placed in the first battle, the second in the second, and so on, then when it got to match 32, we went back up the list of matches placing seeded 33-64.

That's correct.
The seeds were based on Wins, Losses, and Forfeits. Tallying it up should reveal the seeds were correct.

I posted in the Announcements Forum about what to do to join your matches, but maybe I should post it here as well.

That's not quite what I mean, what I meant to say was that the person who is 1st seed would go against the person in 2nd seed in round 2 assuming that they both win their matches, 3rd seed faces 4th in second round if they both win, and so on. Due to how the seeding works, most players that have been here a long time will be in the top half of the bracket (except for those who reset their account recently) either by having a large positive or large negative seeding score, while the bottom half of the bracket will have mostly newer players, since their seeding score will be somewhere around zero. But, I guess that's the reason for the existence of the loser's bracket half, so the high level players that get knocked out of the main bracket early, still have a chance for second or third.

This questions is only partially to do with the tournament but uh... yeah.

What happens if I want a reset for my characters and I'm already in the tournament (I don't want to change my tournament clone characters, just the ones outside the tournament).

It won't affect the tournament, right?
