Can this account get a reset?

I only went on this account just to clean things up. I won't be using it anymore from here on out. I'll be using the other one I have been using for about 2 years now.

Thanks for your time.

QUOTE(Phyrro @ Jul 15 2009, 10:29 AM) *
I'm definitely rooting for the Rangers, seeing as the Astros are sitting right at .500 and damn lucky to be there.

The Marlins are exactly like that. In fact, the Marlins are a worse team than them. 8th in the majors in errors, a 1-man rotation (Josh Johnson, the rest of the rotation sucks), 6 hitters around .250 AVG, if not, lower (and 5 of them are everyday players). No clear closer at all. Cantu is having a power outage, Uggla's hitting the ball to players on the field, and Bonifacio fails at getting on base.

Nolasco likes giving up runs, Volstad not only likes to give up runs, he likes to give up home runs. West and Miller are walking people left and right and lasting 5 innings at most.

Hermida... I don't even want to explain the overhyped shit. He lost his flare since his grand slam in his first AB as a pinch-hitter in '05, which I was there to bear witness.

And to top it off, a season without either a clear closer, or a closer that can get outs consistantly. (Lindstrom has an ERA over 6.00 and is on the disabled list)

Besides Hanley Ramirez, the only real good thing about our team is that our bullpen is arguably the best bullpen in the majors. That's all they have going for them.. Look for Uggla and/or Cody Ross to be traded by the deadline for noobs.

The Marlins seriously need to stop playing noob-ball. Josh Johnson and Hanley Ramirez can't carry the team themselves.

FEPlanet isn't all about FE9 and 10 you know. So I've decided to compile an entire list of would-be candidates for their respectable positions. Note, this is nowhere near complete, and may even be missing characters. This is because my knowledge expands only from the GBA games to the GCN and Wii, with me knowing a few FE4 characters enough to add a few. It still needs to be worked on. It won't be final for a long while. So treat this as a tier list if you will (but nobody's above one another in the same position). Start debating.

Don't misconstrue what I'm saying, you can still ban someone, but to rearrange their signature and avatar to mock them is unprofessional.

Which is exactly what FEU (TU) did to me.

I just suggest the name change from 'Idiot' to 'Probation', and suggest never to change signature/avatar for those in the banned group, and last and most importantly, remove the Black Knight from the Banned Group. I don't know why it was there in the first place, and quite frankly, it doesn't fit. Put Gonzales, or Jasmine/Paul-like bandits or something instead.

lolmagus

You're pretty hung up on yourself.
Less pretentious please. "I've been here a year longer, I've been on staff, I've been managing websites since I was ten years old" is very Ramsden. Nobody cares what your credentials are. People judge you based on how you're acting right now, which coincidentally, isn't far unlike an adolescent throwing a tantrum because people aren't smiling and nodding in agreement.

lolmint

You're pretty much on the same line of heat as well.

I know what I'm doing, and I know how to deal with this crap. If people decide not to believe me for what I know, it's their fault for being such a dumbass.

QUOTE(Wayne Campbell @ Jul 17 2009, 02:24 PM) *
Long story short? Yes.

If it turns out that this punk teenager has the skill and ability to hack an email server and uses that ability not to steal credit card information, but to get back at some bully that got in an argument with him on FETO, I'll gladly eat my own foot.

QUOTE(Cirno @ Jul 17 2009, 12:09 AM) *
When someone hacks another's email account just to get to his FEPlanet account and mess with his settings (which obviously includes FETO), that means he's contributing malicious activity on FEPlanet.

QUOTE(Cirno)
I can understand if he gave out his password, but from what he's said plenty of times, it seems like he hasn't and he means what he said.

Answered already in two different ways. EVEN IF he did give the password, if you're sooo bent on manipulation, I'll give another analogy. How about a thief breaking into a closed bank, and does nothing? Would the guy still be arrested and sent to jail? Of course.

QUOTE(Wayne Campbell)
If we ban this guy for taking advantage of the trust of someone else,

I'm not even going to bother with your other, silly comparisons, as they have no bearing on this case. At least 'haxl' and 'silently' both aren't contributing malicious activity.

QUOTE(Wayne Campbell)
TL, DR: "Being an asshole" isn't against the rules of the site.

QUOTE(Cirno)
To break into someone's account just to ruin their experience at FEPlanet is completely unacceptable and absolutely banworthy.

Again, answered already.

How about reading my fucking post twice through instead of skimming through the shit? You may be the queen of FETO, but you're sure as hell NOT going to be the queen of FEP, because you're not. Cut the shit.

QUOTE
If he did it would be something like

"This." on Mint's post.

And that would show a complete lack of character and a low-class act of lousy leadership, just not saying anything of his own at all and just blindly go and post that.

Some of you FETO guys just make me wonder what has become of FEP. You've never had to experience what FEP became, as I've been here a fucking year longer than any of you FETO folks, and been staff more than half the time.

lolmagus.

Kay, good luck with that.

Because 'lolmagus' is always, automatically wrong, right? Despite the 11 years I've spent on website managing, nearly a year on FEP Staff, because I don't know what the fuck I'm doing. I'm just a rampant, rambling idiot who doesn't know shit at hand, and how to deal with said shit.

In other words: I'm not a dumbass. Stop addressing me in a way that I am.

Nothing extremely noteworthy and I don't care if it doesn't get put in. but...

Is there a way to view your own profile, switch to the weapon ranks and weapons list, and equip weapons for your own characters right there instead of clicking the link to the character profile? Aka, making the weapon icons there clickable? You could do it in battle, but I dont see why it can't be done here...

Though you might want to come up with a script that prevents you from equipping other people's units.

The page for it to be done on: http://feto.feplanet.net/user/profile/532 (my profile as example)

he used my email to recover my password and then he hacked my account
you cant just assume hat i gave out my password, cause i didnt. it said NOTHING about me giving my password out. plz dont assume things when you dont know them.

Well if you didn't tell him your password and he got into your email, you should contact yahoo or hotmail or whomever and let them know that this guy hacked your email password.
He didn't break any of the rules of FEPlanet's terms of service.

You obviously know nothing about website management.

When someone hacks another's email account just to get to his FEPlanet account and mess with his settings (which obviously includes FETO), that means he's contributing malicious activity on FEPlanet. To break into someone's account just to ruin their experience at FEPlanet is completely unacceptable and absolutely banworthy. How would you feel if, say, some robber breaks into your house, steals all your goods, and doesn't get caught and thrown into prison? Do you think that's prison-worthy?

I can understand if he gave out his password, but from what he's said plenty of times, it seems like he hasn't and he means what he said.

I really recommend SaS looking at some IP logs and figure out what's going on.

By the way, as a shameless plug, I was the one that brought back FEO's original maps, the FE7 and FE8 maps.

See?! Having all these skills may be nifty, but newbies are just more alienated with their Spd only builds without Pursuit activated!

But skills are fun. >_>

Not having skills is worse, assuming that the alternative would be sticking to the double attack mechanic used in canon FE games not named Genealogy of the Holy War, since newbies won't know that if you don't max SPD, your units is pretty much automatically a piece of shit.

Or at a high-enough speed level where you dont get doubled.

Saffron City

If it's coded to make the buildings impassable by fliers, this map is very well suited for 6 players, probably with armies of 6 to 8 each at max.

Where would the units start out?
