With siro's help, we have been able to successfully add a new mode to FETO, something that hasn't been done since 2009, or possibly later.

It is Optimistic Mode.

Regarded as the polar opposite of Sadistic, Optimistic gives 2 RNs for Hit Rate, Crit Rate, and Status Hit Rate.

For Hit Rate: Optimistic Mode picks the lowest RN out of the two given RNs.
For Crit Rate: Optimistic Mode picks the highest RN out of the two given RNs.
For Status Hit Rate: Optimistic Mode picks the highest RN out of the 2 given RNs.

Recommendations on who to bring:
-Pursuit Units that survive Braves
-Pursuit Units that survive Counter/Aurora
-Dual Tanks
-One-sided Tanks

Recommendations on who not to bring:
-Units that rely on crit rates.
-Units that rely on dodge rates.
-Units ORKO'd by braves
-Units ORKO'd by counter/aurora

Members who this mode will most likely appeal to:
-People who hate random 8% crits.
-People who hate always missing that 89% hit rate.
-People who have a tendency to use tanks.

Not sure if this is a concern, but it is currently possible to select both Sadistic and Optimistic. I don't know what the end result would be, but my guess would be either "gogo Super RN mode" or some kind of glitch. Could someone investigate that?

Thank you for pointing this out. Things could've turned out really bad.

Optimistic is currently disabled (still there, just can't be chosen), while we figure out how to disable it when the following modes are active:

-Sadistic.
-RNG Fairness.
-Two RN.
-Fixed (Full)
-Possibly other modes I haven't thought of yet.

So for now, stay tuned for updates!
