QUOTE Bottom Soldier Promos - too high base Skl/Def (at least they can go glass cannon halbies/sentinels) Other Peg promos - too fragile I disagree. I'd place Halby's and sentinelts in mid or something like that. Halby's and sentinelts ain't higher because I find snipers and marksmen to work better than lancers. They got the same hit/critt/attack just that bow got full power from 2 range and avoid weapon triangle. But there are lots of sword users out there, so sometimes it's nice with a lance unit (mostly with counter and decent hit rate). I don't really like the other peg promos so much, but IMO they deserve the low or mid rank. They got decent ressistance good speed which makes them good Bmage killers. Also they can use 2 type of magic meaning they can always take advantage of the weapon triangle (or almost always if we look away from reavers). Boosting their hit rate and avoid. A dodgy peg with WTA is a happy peg. (+ some shimmering in there is sweet). |

Just throwing it out there... This ain't in the order which they appear amirite? Top Magic Foot Staffers - Extremely Versatile Valiant - +15 Hit with Bows Clairvoyant - Bows + Staffs! Warrior - Best 2 Physical weapons, versatile Sniper - +15 Crit with Bows Marksman - +5/5/5 with Bows Ranger - Bows again! Swords, meh. No. Big no. Rangers in top tier? Please, just because they hav bows? Archers' Marksmen and sniper promos are far superior to the ranger. And the Mystic's Valiant and Clair are again far superior. Just too vanilla. Perhaps middle. Horse Staffers - Staffs + Insight (IMG:style_emoticons/blue/cat.gif) High Physical Foot Staffers (Def) - pretty durable, a little to much Skl... Wyverns - Surprisingly versatile I would put them in top. At least higher than Warrior. Sure the weakness to bows hurt, but, like you said, versatile. Barbarian - 8 Mov with Bows and Axes? (IMG:style_emoticons/blue/cat.gif) Paladin - Bows/Lances Nomad Trooper - Bows/Swords Hawk Archer - Dodgy + Bows Dracos - Dodgy + Swords/Axes +5/5/5 - Can't go wrong... Wraith (Res) - Horse Devin *runs* Mounted Mages (Def) - versatile, scares away a lot of mounted units... Missionary (Res) - Great glass cannon from 8 spaces away Mid Physical Foot Staffers (Res) - dies to physical Hawk Knight - don't have the stats of Dracos or the Bows Mage Knight (Res) - Doesn't really do the stuff its other selves can... +15 Hit classes - can't go wrong... Only Middle? I would put them high. That 15% can help extremely, and if you make them glass cannons, look out. You can also do an accurate nihil tank, or a decent acc dual tank. WTA2 Mages - can't do wrong... Staff Peg Mage Promos - Staves! Other Horsies - bad Res, no bows Merc Promos - glassy glassy Low Other Peg Mage Promos - 25 Pow Bow Generals - awesome 5 Mov, but they get bows! Generals - awesome 5 Mov Anti-Crit Generals - 'Nuff said Bottom Soldier Promos - too high base Skl/Def (at least they can go glass cannon halbies/sentinels) Bottom? No thxs. Middle, higher than SMs. You can 30/30/30 them with ease, and with 17 def? Do want. You can also just make it a one-stat tank. Other Peg promos - too fragile Anti-Crit (WTA2/Horse is generally better...) - ... Of course criticism is welcome... but only if it's constructive... Only got the most glaring mistakes, I believe. You also forgot berserkers. It also changes if the list was for lorded units. For example, then the +15% class would jump to top. Wanna see scary? Assailant -> Leftenant [Rogue] Stats at level 20/20 HP [1/10%]: 60.00 POW [2/15%]: 30.00 SKL [2/15%]: 28.00 SPD [1/20%]: 30.00 DEF [2/10%]: 20.00 RES [0/0%]: 22.00 LCK [0/0%]: 11.00 Defensively sound, and accurate. And axes. Scary as hell. |

No comment for Armored mages? Dark Knight and Chaos Knight say hello. I'd put them in High-Top tier. They make awesome damage-dealing tanks.
(Generals are utterly put to shame in FETO...) |

Finally updated... I feel it is top-heavy...
Lords maybe, it's hard to have a bad lord... but maybe also unpromo classes? Heaven Knights really do get higher stats when other peg mages, and Footman can get higher Res than other generals... Armored mages are on the list as anti-crit, Mage riders (Def) and WTA2 mages, but I identified them more... As for Peg mages, they are already there in mid/low! The ones at the bottom are the physical ones... |

Not when they need 1/25 investment to max Pow, and 1/25 investment to max Res (their welling point over Wyverns).
Also bump for more opinions (IMG:style_emoticons/blue/oh.gif) |

Mage Riders need to rise up over 5/5/5 and the horse mounted.

Peregrines and Seraphs > Falcons though.
The bows help a lot. Falcon for bottom of bottom tier. Also should the 35-speed units be seperated by Heaven Knight promotes and other peg mage promotes? EDIT: I'm bumping this because I see this part as complete and utter garbage. Halberdier Sentinel Who in sam's hell thought it was a good idea to put these two classes in the same group? Sentinel is pure garbage stat-wise; Halbs can at least be useful for crit bombing. |
