I know these are all incredibly dead topics revived by a bot/ad member, but fuck it, I'm drunk and I'll call it relevant.

Abortion is fine. I wouldn't say I'm pro-abortion, but it's almost that. To deny a woman control over her own fucking body is preposterous. I'm not saying abortion is good, but obviously it should be up to the woman and her partner (if applicable). I used to think that abortion was wrong, and even if the woman had no intention of keeping the baby it was better to go through with the pregnancy and then put it up for adoption, but now I think there's no reason to go through with a pregnancy if you don't want to. I've given up the notion that a fetus is a sentient human being, because it very clearly is not. The life of a woman is clearly worth more than an unborn fetus, which is not yet even a person.

That being said, my father has taught me well enough that I respect other people and their beliefs. So if you personally believe that abortion is murder, go ahead and don't get one yourself. But I believe every woman is entitled to make decisions regarding her own body.

Aww butts, didn't realize you could still get back to this forum now that the main site started automatically linking to the new one. Guess I'll jump in on the next one :/

Also, my vote is for Bladelord. Creative use of shoulderpad

Ooh, a splicing contest? Now that I can probably do. Expect my entry early next week, I'll be at APEX all weekend and probably won't be on my laptop much

Devil in the Details - Placebo

I don't know why. It just sounds really good lately. lol I do like Placebo, though. ^.^

I'm a big fan of Placebo myself, but I never got into Battle For The Sun. I feel I'm missing out, alas - found the songs a bit too samey (also, Meds was 100% of my sixteen year old music taste).

My favourite song of the naow is probably "Turn It Out" by Death From Above 1979, because the intro is pant-wettingly insane/amazing and I'm a big fan of any band that has deep, distorted bass. Because I'm cool, ALRIGHT?

Oh hey, didn't realize I know that song. It sounds like something that could have been on one of the older QOTSA albums (minus the vocals), I digg

If the contests start up again, I may be tempted to join in. Now that all the amazing spriters have left I may actually have a shot

I actually find Paint to be the easiest to work with when it comes to sprites. It could be just that I'm so used to it, but I recently got Photoshop through my school and I still prefer to do anything sprite related in Paint. Also I have no idea how to use Photoshop, but we'll ignore that fact >_>

I've lost most interest in spriting, but I have been pretty interested in getting back into making sprite comics, so I might do that

I have a grudge against Kashmir right now. I was so stoked that Queens of the Stone Age got nominated for a Grammy this year for best Rock album, because it's honestly one of the best albums I've heard in a long time, with the lead single also being nominated for best rock song. But what else is nominated for a Grammy this year? God damn Kashmir, and a whole Led Zeppelin album to go along with it. I mean, I'm not knocking Kashmir as a song, believe me it's a great song, but how the hell do you compete with Zeppelin? It aint' fair

I don't think I could pick out one song in particular, but I'm completely in love with the entirety of Jack White's Blunderbuss album.

I guess if I had to pick one song from it, probably Hypocritical Kiss or Weep Themselves to Sleep. But seriously, this whole album is fantastic

You should probably make an announcement that the interim forum is up, I thought the site was broken for a second.

Well, I don't really know much about FETO because I haven't played it since it was brand new, but I do know that this isn't where you should be asking FETO related questions. Refer to the FETO section for any questions or discussion

Once I made a deck that where all of the creatures had protection from a certain color. People stopped playing with me because they got frustrated at not being able to do anything. This was back before we figured out the deeper strategies of the game.

Funny you mention that, I am taking a 100 level philosophy class because I need another class to reach the minimum number of credits for the semester. Figured it wouldn't be too hard and would be a pretty interesting class with no prerequisites.

It's pretty interesting getting to class and hearing your teacher say "Asian Face Fuckers 4"

What would this site editor position entail? Is it purely content-related, or is it actual coding and web-development? If it's content, I can probably help out. If it's coding, two of my roommates are computer science majors and might be able to lend a hand.

Here's a name I don't recognize, probably because I never really took part in the RPs. Hopefully whatever you and Vel are cooking up is related to them, so I can finally give them a try.

Either way, welcome back to FEP. I just came back myself

Hey IB, it sure has been. Been better, but managing. Just started my senior year and the classes are starting to get specific. I'm taking a whole class specifically about cows and how to manage a dairy farm. Lots and lots of pictures of udders.
